What if the store doesn’t send my order?

Since the items you purchase come directly from the seller, you'll need to message the seller about the status of your item. Follow the steps below to message seller: 

1. Once you are signed in, click “You” in the top right, then "Account"

2. Click on the name of the store or product from your "Purchases" section

3. Click "Contact Seller" above the product listing

4. Write your message, then click "Send"

Once the seller responds to you, you will automatically receive an email letting you know that a new message is waiting in your Messages. You can reach your Messages by clicking "You" in the top right, then "Messages."

If you don't hear back from the store owner after 2 business days, please contact us and we'll be happy to reach out on your behalf.
